Which KIN Kendama should I start with?
If you're new to kendama, the BASE Series (€25) is the perfect starting point: beech wood, balanced weight and a grippy paint that makes landing your first tricks easier. More advanced players will love our PRIME setups and Maple Kens. Not sure? Message us, we're happy to help you pick.
How much is shipping and how fast does it arrive?
Shipping within Europe costs 6–12€ depending on your country, and is free on all EU orders over €100. We ship from Germany with DHL, and delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on where you live in Europe. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return or exchange my kendama?
All sales are final, so we don't offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a few photos and we'll sort it out quickly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and more. You can also pay in instalments with Klarna on eligible orders.
Where can I learn tricks?
Every KIN order comes with an instruction guide, and we post free beginner-to-advanced tutorials on our YouTube channel and Instagram. Start with big cup, small cup and spike – and join our community to progress with other players.
Can I buy a Ken or Tama separately?
Yes. Check out our Ken Only and Tama Only collections to upgrade or replace part of your setup. All parts are compatible with KIN kendamas.
